• Lubrication of root canals during biomechanical instrumentation

• Chelation of calcium ions for the removal of inorganic debris

• Effective smear layer removal during root canal preparation

• Enhances penetration and action of irrigation such as with Sodium Hypochlorite

• Isolate the Tooth

 Use a rubber dam to prevent contamination.

 

• Access the Canal

Open the pulp chamber and remove contents with sterile endodontic instruments.

 

• Initial Rinse

 Irrigate the canal with Sodium Hypochlorite/normal saline.

 

• Apply ESY–Prep

 Introduce the gel into the canal using applicator tips provided.

 

• Instrument the Canal

Use endodontic files or reamers to gently shape the canal. Begin with shallow insertion, not more than halfway down.

 

• Rinse and Repeat

 Irrigate with Sodium Hypochlorite / saline and reapply gel as needed, progressing in depth with each instrumentation cycle.

• Final Rinse

Irrigate thoroughly to remove all gel residue.

 

• Post-Cleansing Protocol

 Rinse with saline or distilled water, followed by RC Hex (2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate), before proceeding to obturation.

• Store below 25°C, away from sunlight

• Keep container tightly closed

• For use by licensed dental professionals only

• Always wear gloves, mask, eye protection, and lab coat

• In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly. Seek medical help if irritation occurs
