1. Take the desired quantity of the material.

2. Roll into a ball with fingers or a spatula

3. Place into the prepared cavity.

4. Press the filling firmly towards the tooth wall from the center 

5. Press with a wet cotton pellet 

1. Do not eat for 2 hours after the filling is placed.
2. Avoid chewing from the treated tooth side for 24 hours.
